Our Services

LABOUR MARKET IMPACT ASSESSMENT (LMIA) & WORK PERMIT CANADA

An LMIA may be required when a Canadian employer wants to hire a foreign worker. If a positive LMIA is issued, it can be used to support the worker's application for an employer-specific work permit.

Not all work permits require an LMIA, and eligibility depends on the worker's circumstances and the position being offered.

Whether you are an employer or a worker, we can help you understand the requirements and guide you through the LMIA and work permit process.

EXPRESS ENTRY - IMMIGRATE TO CANADA

Express Entry is Canada’s online system for managing applications for permanent residence under several federal economic immigration programs. Candidates are ranked based on factors such as age, education, language ability, and work experience.

Eligibility and competitiveness depend on your individual profile and the type of invitation round being conducted.

We can help you assess your eligibility, understand your CRS score, and prepare a complete and accurate Express Entry profile and application.

PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM (PNP) CANADA

Canada's provinces and territories operate Provincial Nominee Programs to select candidates who meet their economic and labour market needs. Requirements vary by province, territory, and stream.

Some PNP pathways are linked to Express Entry, while others follow a separate application process. An Express Entry-linked provincial nomination adds 600 CRS points.

We can help you identify provincial pathways that may fit your profile and guide you through the application process.

PERMANENT RESIDENCY (PR) AND CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP

Permanent residents can live, work, and study anywhere in Canada and have access to many of the same benefits and protections as Canadian citizens.

Eligible permanent residents may later apply for Canadian citizenship once they meet the applicable requirements, including physical presence and other eligibility criteria.

We can help you understand your permanent residence or citizenship options and guide you through the application process.

TEMPORARY RESIDENT VISA (TRV) AND VISITOR STATUS EXTENSIONS TO CANADA

A TRV, also known as a visitor visa, allows eligible foreign nationals to travel to Canada for purposes such as tourism, family visits, or business.

If you are already in Canada as a visitor and want to stay longer, you may be able to apply for a visitor record to extend your authorized stay.

We can help you understand the right application for your circumstances and guide you through the process.

PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS (PGP) SPONSORSHIP TO CANADA AND SUPER VISA

The PGP allows Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their parents and grandparents for permanent residence in Canada. New PGP intake is currently paused.

The Super Visa allows parents and grandparents to visit Canada for extended stays of up to five years at a time, with multiple entries for up to 10 years.

We can help you understand the current options available to bring your loved ones closer.

CANADA FAMILY SPONSORSHIP

Eligible Canadian citizens and permanent residents can sponsor a spouse, common-law or conjugal partner, or dependent child for permanent residence in Canada. Both the sponsor and the sponsored person must meet the applicable requirements.

Sponsors are also required to sign an undertaking to support the family member they are sponsoring for a specified period.

We can help you understand the sponsorship requirements and guide you through the application process.

CANADA STUDY PERMIT AND

POST-GRADUATION WORK PERMIT

A Study Permit allows eligible international students to study at a designated learning institution (DLI) in Canada. Students who meet the requirements may also be permitted to work while studying.

After graduation, eligible students may qualify for a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), which can allow them to gain Canadian work experience. PGWP eligibility and length depend on factors including the program and current immigration requirements.

We can help you understand your study and post-graduation options and guide you through the application process.

Our Services

LABOUR MARKET IMPACT ASSESSMENT (LMIA) & WORK PERMIT CANADA

A LMIA is often required for Canadian employers who wish to hire foreign workers. Once approved, a LMIA supports a Work Permit application, allowing you to work legally in Canada.

Whether you are an employer, or a worker, we will guide you through the LMIA and Work Permit process with ease.

EXPRESS ENTRY - IMMIGRATE TO CANADA

Express Entry is Canada’s main system for skilled workers to apply for Permanent Residency. Candidates are ranked based on factors like age, education, language skills, and work experience. Express Entry is one of the fastest ways to immigrate to Canada.

Let us help you maximize your profile and increase your chance of success.

PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM (PNP) CANADA

Provinces and territories in Canada run PNPs to attract skilled workers who meet local labour needs. A provincial nomination boosts your Express Entry score and increases your chance of receiving an invitation for PR.

We will help you choose the right province and pathway to boost your chance of permanent residency.

PERMANENT RESIDENCY (PR) AND CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP

PR allows you to live, work, and study anywhere in Canada while enjoying most of the same benefits as citizens. For many newcomers, PR is the first big step toward fully setting in Canada. Once you meet the requirements, the final step is applying for Canadian citizenship, giving you the right to vote, hold a Canadian passport and fully embrace your new life in Canada.

From your first PR application to your citizenship ceremony, we will guide you every step of the way toward making Canada your forever home.

TEMPORARY RESIDENT VISA (TRV) AND TRV EXTENSIONS TO CANADA

A TRV (visitor visa) allows foreign workers to travel to Canada for tourism, family visits, or business. Extensions are possible if you wish to stay longer than your initial approval.

Whether you are visiting family, exploring Canada, or extending your stay, we will make the TRV process simple and stress-free.

PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS (PGP) SPONSORSHIP TO CANADA AND SUPER VISA

The PGP allows Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their parents and grandparents for permanent residency in Canada, helping families stay united long-term. Because the program is in high demand and spots are limited, many families also consider the Super Visa. A Super Visa allows parents and grandparents to visit Canada for extended stays for up to five years at a time with multiple entries over 10 years.

Whether through the PGP or Super Visa, we will help you explore the best option to bring your loved ones closer.

CANADA FAMILY SPONSORSHIP

Canadian citizens and permanent residents can sponsor their spouse, common-law or conjugal partner, and dependent children to become permanent residents of Canada. This program helps families reunite and build their lives together in Canada. Sponsors must meet eligibility requirements and commit to supporting their family members financially.

Let us guide you through the sponsorship process and help you bring your loved ones closer.

CANADA STUDY PERMIT AND POST GRADUATE WORK PERMIT

A Study Permit allows international students to pursue their education at a designated learning institution (DLI) in Canada while often being able to work part-time during their studies. After graduation, students may qualify for a Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP), which provides up to three years of valuable Canadian work experience.

Studying in Canada not only gives you a world-class education but can also be the first step toward permanent residency. Let us help you start your journey and guide you all the way through to your PGWP.
